To enable this superior quality, the healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Quality Management to expand its Quality Assurance department.

The Director of Quality Management  is a leadership role which holds direct responsibility for the management and training  of a team of quality assurance chart review personnel to ensure the accuracy and quality of the Company's service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Hold leadership and management responsibility for the quality of  accreditation, training, and quality monitoring   programs across all services;
• Lead and manage quality department staff to successfully achieve accreditation and re-accreditation objectives   across product lines;
• Oversee and manage the clinical training department;
• Develop and execute upon ongoing quality assurance monitoring and quality improvement processes related to   clinical quality;
• Lead the design, execution, and follow-through on response to client quality review processes;
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and mission statement;
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Operating Policies and Procedures in all   ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the scope of work; and
• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by the company for the purpose of   achieving operational and financial success of the Company.

Qualifications

• Active RN License;
• Extensive high level management experience (15+ years in management with at least 5 years in a director or higher   level position);
• Quality and/or compliance background;
• Coding experience is desirable;
• Training experience is desirable;
• Strong work ethic, autonomy and dependability;
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills;
• Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
