A national leader in chronic care management and health informatics is seeking a Director of Client Services to cultivate strong relationships with our clients and address their needs through the utilization of our turnkey solutions. As a market leader in comprehensive disease management services, our products combine healthcare data capabilities with best practice medicine, deep nationwide infrastructure, and a dedication to improved patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in disease management, enabling them to lead complex client service relationships and develop a deep knowledge of our core products. A demonstrated track record of building relationships within large healthcare organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and expertise regarding all company products utilized by assigned client relationship(s); and serve as the product “expert” for all products utilized by the client
• Lead and enforce the comprehensive quality assurance process for the delivery of services and reports to clients, spanning from client integration through the finalization and delivery of client deliverables
• Interact with a cross-functional client support team in the accurate and timely delivery of the Company’s services on key accounts
• Properly identify potential and existing issues in client service relationships; prepare for and conduct routine formal and informal meetings to address service delivery expectations, progress, planning, review of deliverables, services delivery outcomes, education regarding products, and issue resolution.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years client relationship/account management experience with disease management clients.
• Aptitude to understand complex IT solutions based on analytics.
• Superb problem solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey client needs to colleagues and functions throughout the company.
