Description
Responsible for the coordination, implementation and communication of PART D program. Will coordinate with QI, PAC and Medical Directors on clinical pharmacy programs to ensure appropriate medication use and cost effectiveness.

Experience
Minimum 2 years management experience with MA-PD program.
 
Education
Pharmacist advanced degree preferred (e.g. PharmD, MBA, MHA, MPH or equivalent experience).
